We’re at that time of year when dishes start to fall flat. Hardly anything is at its prime. Cooking can feel like being in a bit of a rut. So what’s the easiest way to perk up your taste buds? Shock ‘em with a hit of salty-sweetness. A triple dose of chocolate doesn’t hurt, either.
